What time is check-in?
If you arrive before 4pm, the lobby and the bar remain available.
We also provide you with hot drinks (tea/coffee).
You can store your luggage safely in our luggage room.
Our hotel is open 24/7.
What time is check-out?
You can still store your luggage in our luggage room after check-out in order to enjoy your last day in Chamonix.
Does the hotel have a luggage room?
Getting to the hotel?
Car access: If you car is eqquiped with a navigation system, we suggest you to enter the address 610, route Blanche 74400 Chamonix Mont-Blanc to arrive at the hotel main entrance.
Underground parking with advance booking: 10€/night.
Access by public transports:
– By train: SNCF Aiguille du Midi stop nearby.
– By bus: Flixbus and Ouibus connections to the Chamonix Sud bus station (400 metres walk from the hotel).

Is the hotel connected to public transport?
From Chamonix Sud, all the bus lines pass through and serve the different villages in the valley.

Train: The nearest train stop is Aiguille du Midi, less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Mont-Blanc Express timetable
Free transport: Travel with peace of mind thanks to the guest card provided by us. It will allow you to travel free of charge by bus and train between Servoz and Vallorcine, in other words throughout the Chamonix valley.

What time is breakfast?
Everything is gathered so that you can choose between a balanced or more gourmet breakfast.
What are the restaurant hours?
Open from 7pm to 10pm, our restaurant has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide since 2020.
The chef creates local cuisine from fresh products in both traditional and innovative ways.

The afternoon tea takes place from 4pm to 6 pm and tapas are available from 6pm to 9.30pm.
What are the opening hours of the Spa Nuxe?
Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied.
Between 2pm and 9pm, access is restricted to people over 13 years old.
The spa is a space dedicated to well-being and relaxation, please respect the tranquillity of the premises. Don’t forget your swimming costume and book your treatments in advance here or by e-mail at spa@heliopic.com.
For reasons of hygiene, we recommend wearing a short swimming costume.
