Can pets come too?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Will rooms be cleaned during the stay?
Your room is cleaned between 8.30am and 4.30pm. If you would like this service to be carried out at a more precise time, please inform us.
Can we park at the hotel?
The hotel has an underground parking with advance booking at 10€/night.
3 universal charging points (cable not included) are available.
What payment methods are accepted?
You have the possibility to pay by card: Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Mastercard, by cash or by holiday cheques.
Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?
Yes, we accept holiday vouchers but only on site. It is not possible to use holiday vouchers to pay the deposit.
Can we smoke cigarettes/e-cigarettes at the hotel?
The hotel is completely non-smoking (public areas including the terrace, rooms, balconies).
Smoking exposes you to a penalty of 150€.
Can I access the internet from the hotel?
Our hotel has free wifi internet access throughout the hotel.
What are the other services of the hotel?

Check-in & Check-out
What time is check-in?
All rooms are available from 4pm.

If you arrive before 4pm, the lobby and the bar remain available.
We also provide you with hot drinks (tea/coffee).

You can store your luggage safely in our luggage room.

Our hotel is open 24/7.

What time is check-out?
All our guests are expected to check-out before noon.
You can still store your luggage in our luggage room after check-out in order to enjoy your last day in Chamonix.
Does the hotel have a luggage room?
The hotel’s luggage room is accessible for all guests: before check-in or after/check-out.
Transport to/from the hotel
Getting to the hotel?
Pedestrian access: 50, place de l’Aiguille du Midi
Car access: If you car is eqquiped with a navigation system, we suggest you to enter the address 610, route Blanche 74400 Chamonix Mont-Blanc to arrive at the hotel main entrance.
Underground parking with advance booking: 10€/night.
Access by public transports:
– By train: SNCF Aiguille du Midi stop nearby.
– By bus: Flixbus and Ouibus connections to the Chamonix Sud bus station (400 metres walk from the hotel).
Does the hotel have a transfer service?
We can organise your private or shared transfer from/to the Geneva airport.

Getting to ski slopes?
– With Chamonix Bus.
– With the hotel shuttle: more information at the reception.
Is the hotel connected to public transport?
Bus: The “Chamonix Sud” bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
From Chamonix Sud, all the bus lines pass through and serve the different villages in the valley.

Train: The nearest train stop is Aiguille du Midi, less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Mont-Blanc Express timetable

Free transport: Travel with peace of mind thanks to the guest card provided by us. It will allow you to travel free of charge by bus and train between Servoz and Vallorcine, in other words throughout the Chamonix valley.

Can ski passes be purchased at the hotel?

A ski locker service is available during the winter season. Boot dryers are also available.

What time is breakfast?
Served from 6.30am to 10am in our restaurant, we offer quality products: Viennese pastries, breads, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, hot dishes, boiled or scrambled eggs, cold meats, regional cheeses…
Everything is gathered so that you can choose between a balanced or more gourmet breakfast.
What are the restaurant hours?
Restaurant Akashon
Open from 7pm to 10pm, our restaurant has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide since 2020.
The chef creates local cuisine from fresh products in both traditional and innovative ways.

Open from 6.30pm to 10.15pm, Le Frometon is the place to go for fondues and raclettes in Chamonix!

What are the opening hours of the bar?
Our bar team welcomes you every day from 3pm until midnight.

The afternoon tea takes place from 4pm to 6 pm and tapas are available from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Wellness center
What are the opening hours of the Spa Nuxe?
The wellness area is open to all family members between 10am and 2pm.
Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied.
Between 2pm and 9pm, access is restricted to people over 13 years old.
The spa is a space dedicated to well-being and relaxation, please respect the tranquillity of the premises. Don’t forget your swimming costume and book your treatments in advance here or by e-mail at spa@heliopic.com.
For reasons of hygiene, we recommend wearing a short swimming costume.
